No. Scion are the cheapest garbage that Toyota produces, so much so that they couldn't even fathom selling them as lowly toyotas, so they made up a completely separate brand for them. Of course, in Japan they are sold as Toyotas, since there is no Scion in Japan, or anywhere in the world for that matter. But Acura is a brand made up for the American market for the higher priced Honda's, that people wouldn't buy if it had an H on the hood ("You want me to pay HOW MUCH for a HONDA?! I'm going to buy a Mercedes or Lincoln for that price.").
